Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes of a production? Backstage Basics is a hands-on course that introduces you to sound, lighting, costume, and the journey a show takes from rehearsal to performance.

From 4 – 8 August, we are running a week-long course to introduce young people to technical theatre skills. You will be working with our professional technicians to learn about all of the different elements of technical theatre and get hands-on in our theatre spaces.

The programme includes sessions on Sound and Lighting Design, Set and Costume Design, Stage Management and Props.
