Entry is free! We recommend registering in advance so we can plan ahead and make your visit as smooth as possible. There will be level access throughout.

You may need to wait before entering, and while we’ll do our best to keep things moving, there won’t be seating available, we appreciate your patience!

Please note that the queue will close one hour before the sale ends.

We’ll be operating on a first-come, first-served basis with a one-way system in place. Please note that re-entry won’t be possible, so plan accordingly.

All items are sold as seen and are non-returnable, so please feel free to speak to a member of staff with any questions before purchasing.

This will be a cashless sale, so please ensure you have a card or digital payment method available.

Please note that there won’t be changing rooms or mirrors available for trying on costumes. The Front Room Café will be open, offering a selection of hot and cold drinks and snacks. An accessible toilet is also available for use inside the café.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to reserve items for later collection, so we recommend picking up anything you love while it’s available.

Please remember to bring your own bags, as we won’t have any available on site.
