Heydays Theatre Group proudly presents City of Mine, a heartfelt portrait of Leeds through the lives of the people who share its streets.

From Briggate to Harehills, St James’s to the canal, it celebrates community, humour, and resilience. Reminding us that a city is built not by buildings, but by people looking out for one another. From neighbours, volunteers, workers, and strangers who choose to help each other along the way.

Heydays is the largest and longest-running arts programme for older people in UK theatre. The Heydays Theatre Group have worked with a professional Theatre Director on drama, storytelling and performance activities, all leading towards this performance of City of Mine created by the group and supported by our in-house technical team.
